Koordinate was established with a simple goal; provide reliable property maintenance that business owners, property owners, and investors can genuinely count on. Over the years, we've grown from taking on individual jobs to working across commercial, industrial and government properties, supporting clients with everything from ongoing maintenance and cleaning to larger projects and end-of-lease make goods.
We're proud of the reputation we've built and the relationships we've developed with our clients. For me, it's about doing what we say we'll do, communicating properly and making sure the job is done right. As we continue to grow, that won't change.
